Alkali resistant defoamer AS-7521

Product introduction:

This product is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, filler, emulsifier and stabilizer, does not contain NP, APEO, in the medium high temperature (60~90℃), strong alkali (pH =10~14) environment, can quickly eliminate foam, and bubble inhibition performance is outstanding. It is widely used in papermaking, textile pretreatment, textile dyeing, textile sizing and industrial cleaning.

Application technology:

This product can be diluted with thickening water. During the dilution process, the stirring speed is not too fast. It is recommended that the stirring speed not exceed 60rpm and the stirring time not exceed 15min. Please refer to the relevant departments of the company for the specific dilution method. The company will not be liable for the adverse consequences caused by the incorrect use of the method.

When this product is used on site, it is recommended to choose the place where the defoamer is easily dispersed to add it. The best adding point, adding amount, adding method and dilution ratio need to be determined by the customer according to the actual situation on site.

 

Packaging:

50Kg or 125Kg plastic packaging drums can also be packaged according to customer requirements.

 

Product storage:

This product is suitable for sealed storage at 5℃~40℃, do not place near the heat source or sunlight exposure. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Store as a general chemical method. Ensure sealing after use to avoid deterioration.

For a long time, if there is stratification, stirring evenly, does not affect the use of the effect. This product may freeze below 0℃. If freezing occurs, stir well after dissolving, which will not affect the use effect. Unopened Packaging at the recommended storage temperature has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
